Beef Shares:

Sold by the share. No individual cuts available.

We now offer a limited amount of beef shares raised on our organically managed pasture and organic vegetable snacks. These cows help us manage the grass on our farm and a next-door pasture we manage. In the fall we load them up with extra veggies from the farm, making the beef even more delicious.

1/4 Share: $7/lb per ~125-175lbs hanging weight

• Take home about 80-115lbs of retail cuts, plus bones (for nutritious broth), fat (for rendering into tallow), and organs if you choose.

1/2 Share: $6.75/lb per ~250-350lbs hanging weight

• Take home about 160-230lbs of retail cuts, plus bones (for nutritious broth), fat (for rendering into tallow), and organs if you choose.

You will work directly with our butcher at Redmond Smokehouse to choose your desired cuts. A share consists of about 15% premium cuts, 35% roasts and steaks, and 50% ground beef.

• The deposit will be subtracted from your final share price, calculated by hanging weight at time of harvest
